• All orders must be placed by phone call
• Payment is required at the time of order confirmation
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Custom designs may require additional charges
• Delivery fees apply based on location

• Pickup is available at our location in Lahore
• Delivery is available within Lahore city limits
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary
• Someone must be present to receive delivery
• We are not responsible for items left unattended

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before pickup/delivery
• No refunds for custom orders cancelled within 24 hours
• Refunds for quality issues will be handled case-by-case
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

Our products may contain common allergens including:

• Wheat and gluten
• Eggs
• Dairy products
• Nuts and tree nuts
• Soy products

Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation.
